Associate Director - Performance Marketing/Growth Marketing - Hospitality Startup

Job Responsibilities:

- Leads the performance and growth marketing vertical.

- Define and orchestrate all online and offline marketing strategies and global campaigns efforts across marketing channels including web, SEM, Paid Social, webinars, email, BTL/ATL campaigns.

- Responsible for Performance Marketing, able to track growth marketing metrics and conversions to revenue. Responsible to continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly

- Regularly measure, optimize and report out on key demand and supply generation (digital and non-digital) efforts to ensure that target alignment for business

- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring high customer satisfaction rates, creating repeat customers, and creating efficiencies.

- Design, Build and Optimize Websites and acquisition strategies - expert understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other key web technology

- Work closely with Revenue, Supply Growth, Marketing, and sales to deploy campaigns and ensure alignment across teams for both acquisition and retention

- Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually

- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. -

Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business administration, or relevant field with a minimum of 10-14 years of work experience in Growth Marketing with leading organizations/ marketing & advertising agencies
