InterviewKickstart (IK) helps candidates nail the toughest tech interviews. At IK, current and former hiring managers at these top companies take candidates through an intense 2 month prep course to make them completely ready to crack the toughest interviews. We have grown 7 times in the last 3 years, and have revenues which are higher than ed-tech companies which have 10 times more employees. What are we looking for? One of our key priorities is to scale up performance marketing and make it really effective at driving a lot more high-quality leads, and eventually, revenues. To achieve this, we are looking for a sharp, creative, enthusiastic and expert performance marketer with experience in driving quality leads across a variety of channels - Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Quora, among others. In terms of skill sets here's what we are looking for (apart from boundless enthusiasm and oodles of self-motivation): 1. 5+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing 2. Expertise in rapid scaling up on at least 2 of these 3: Google Ads (Google Search, Google Discovery, Youtube Ads, Google Display Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. 3. Good experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others 4. Highly analytical with expertise in setting up, running, and reporting on experiments, and always sharing insights rather than just data. 5. Ability to come up with creative ad ideas 6. Good written communication skills 7. Experience in hiring, leading and mentoring a team 8. Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus 9.
