Primary responsibility will be business development in the Microfinance/ Small Business/ Housing/ CV/ Agri finance, as part of a team that manages a portfolio of debt and structured finance investments in respective asset classes across India.   Key Accountabilities:   - Manage existing client relationships on an on-going basis - which entails managing the debt funding requirements of clients through the bouquet of products that the Company offers; thereby generating business volumes for the company  - Identifying potential new clients and conducting due diligence to underwrite credit risk  - Tracking Financial and Operational Performance of clients on an on-going basis so as to be able to represent the client to internal and external parties  - Aiding in the structuring and placement of structured finance products  - Negotiating and executing structured finance transactions; coordinating with various stakeholders involved in deals - including legal firms, investors etc.  Performance Indicators:  - Business numbers achievement in line with business plan - which will be tracked in terms of volumes and income   - Track Product wise performance of the company   - Updating client performance trackers and aiding in credit analysis on a quarterly basis  - Updating sector analysis on an on-going basis  - Build understanding and expertise in structured finance products so as to be able to advise clients on suitability and find fitment in client's funding needs  - Assist in negotiations and executions on live transactions to ensure good client experience   - Identification and scaling up the business opportunities  Skills:  - Relevant experience in credit analysis, equity research, credit research or corporate finance (Banks, NBFCs, Investment funds or rating agencies)  - Strong financial Analysis Skills a must  - Must be personable and presentable. Eloquence will be a bonus  - Willingness to travel to remote rural locations to understand business and operating models of clients  - Interest in financial inclusion  - Experience of and ability to stretch oneself, work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver on deadlines  - Strong negotiation skills with problem solving attitude  - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
