We are looking for Associate Director-Operations for a Leading political consulting organization working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale political campaigns and government initiatives. Designation- Associate Director About the role : - Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations. - Coordinate cross functionally with design, technology and call center teams to execute projects. - Manage the administration function and operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems. - Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management. - Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project implementation. - Ensure daily reporting for higher management and clients showcasing day-on-day progress of the project/new initiatives. - Responsible for managing the on ground team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets. Location- Mumbai Experience : - Should have a minimum relevant experience of 6+ Years with minimum 3+ Years of experience in Operations. - Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization. - Having an experience of a Core Team Member/Founder/Co-Founder of a Start-up is a plus. Educational Qualifications : An undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS - Pilani, IIM, ISB). Interested candidate can share their updated resume
