Client Details

Our client is one of the fastest growing organizations in the political consulting. They are working with one of the leading national political parties. They are renowned for their work in the field and are currently looking to expand their mark, hence, are looking to recruit a Associate Director Operations, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Business Director, you will be responsible for:

- Managing end to end operations of the campaign related to the political parties

- Managing the research and communications, ensuring proper alignment of the work

- Conducting indepth research of the market, visiting the Tier 1/ Tier 2 towns ensuring high penetration levels

- Working with the senior stakeholders of the company and the political party ensuring high levels of operational efficiency

Profile

You will be a professional with more than 5 years of experience in managing the supply chain and operations ideally in Ecommerce/Start up organization. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
