Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

1. The role would offer opportunity to work on payment related initiatives with leading banks, payment gateways and large networks. Ownership of business relations, partnerships and projects with banks and payment partners for overall improvisation of online payments experience on flipkart.com. The candidate will require extensive networking with all the related players.

2. This will give opportunity to think and apply innovation in the payments space. Candidate should show aptitude on the same lines.

3. A keen sense on metrics and analytics for measuring business and project impact and efficiencies

4. Onboarding banks, payment methods, payment gateways in collaboration with product managers, technology teams and external stakeholders. The candidate should independently run projects and execute the same.

5. Responsible for management of business reporting and any adhoc reporting required from time to time

6. Identifying areas of operations/business that require technological intervention and co-coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of technical solutions.

7. Identifying areas of business/operations that require intervention by the banks/payment gateways and working for long term solutions.

8. Coordination between internal teams and external banks/payment gateways for business, commercial, compliance and legal requirements.

9. Should have an overall sense of commercials around her/his projects and take steps if required for optimal commercials.

10. Strongly focused on execution. Working with a customer first attitude. Should be able to manage small to medium business and operations teams if required. Note: Involves travel for 20-30% of the time.

Required Skills :

1. MBA with 8+ experience of working in business / strategy roles

2. At least 5 years of Experience of working in digital payments, fintech domains

3. Experience in business development, partnerships in the above domains

4. Strong leadership abilities and proven record of managing a team

5. Internal and external team collaboration

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Analytical ability, Attention to detail

8. Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.

9. Holistic approach towards business and related operations and intricacies involved therein

10. Customer first attitude
