Ideal Candidate profile :
B. Tech form Tier 1 College - Worked in a manufacturing set up - Management Degree ( From Tier 1 College) - Worked in a consulting Role with a reputed consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate P&L and execution ownership in driving end to end delivery of multiple Global Projects, taking into consideration Product Quality, Project Cost and timelines for Site Readiness, Solution Detailing, Purchasing, Production, and Installation/Commissioning
- Lead multiple cross functional programs and projects with engineering, Product and Quality for new product developments and/or product enhancements and/or product quality improvement
- Work closely and collaborate with the stakeholder teams to drive design, development, and implementation of different features and components with a strict eye on timelines
- Responsible for leading the change management practices in Grey Orange Global Fulfilment Centre(s) (which may be fully functional manufacturing units for butler/sorter production or upcoming manufacturing units)
- Drive profitable partnerships with global suppliers, logistic partners, installation partners and client operations partners to deliver high quality products across multiple geographies
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
- Develop best practices & standardization in systems build for automation and robotics
- Ensure Quality deliverables for products as per global standards within the committed timelines and budget
- Be an inspirational colleague for CTO, VP Products, VP Operations, Engineering managers and
Quality teams
- Executive presence to contribute to C-level discussions and decisions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience spanning across following practices : Consulting, P&L & Change Management, People Management etc.
- Rich consulting experience with subject matter expertise in these industries : Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc.
- Engineering & MBA from a Premier Institute
- Prior experience in implementing cross functional change management practices
- Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
