Associate Director Operations - Indonesia Local experience is Must
Role Description :
- Responsible for overall operations metrics of city
- Amigo - Amigo on boarding, Listing enhancement, Experience, Churn.
- Working on Renter - Experience, Churn and repeat rates, Cost structures at country/city level, Ops vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across the chain
- Fleet management and Local call centre management
- Work closely with central marketing, operations and support teams and use these resources to streamline the regional performance.
- Well aware of Processes compliances - Local and central.
Key Skills/Attributes :
- Strong understanding of P&L with baseline financial acumen
- Excellent first principle thinking and ability to fundamentally find fresh solutions to difficult challenges.
- Strong quantitative reasoning ability with a robust fluency in data analysis
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- High energy and strong resiliency.
- Keenness to travel extensively.
