Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Operations, with at least 7 to 8 years in team leadership roles, preferably in a BPO setting. Experience managing teams of 300+ people is required.

Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Associate Director of Operations to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with extensive experience in team leadership, particularly within the BPO industry.


- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

- Lead and manage a large team of 300+ individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve productivity.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.

- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

- Manage client relationships and participate in client meetings as needed.

- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 7 to 8 years in team leadership roles.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams, preferably in a BPO environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
