Associate Director (MPLS, Ethernet & Internet) with a renowned Telecom Company

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (mandatory)

- A management degree (preferred)

- 15+ years of experience in product management/sales engineering/ engineering roles, and solutions development involving cloud, telecommunications, and/or IT services.

- Strong knowledge and awareness of Private (MPLS, Ethernet) and Public (Internet) telecom products, architecture, features, and managed services.

- Beneficial to have knowledge of managed security services, data center colocation and interconnection services including Cloud, Voice, Data, and Mobile, familiarity with the virtualized implementation of network functions.

Competencies & Skills :

- Strong project management skills. Ability to prioritize key issues, exercise judgment and decision making, and deliver required results. Adjust quickly to the changing need of the business

- Ability to analyze and solve problems in conditions of ambiguity, within the context of defined strategy, creating approaches and processes where none exist.

- Professional attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to present and influence within the company, and with external partners and customers.

- Capacity to work in a global business environment, with cross-cultural sensitivity and with reasonable accommodations to time zones.

- Excellent written and verbal English skills, good planning and organizational skills, multi-tasking, and be able to produce comprehensive and informative documents.

- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution

- Ability to understand basic engineering concepts and run business cases.

- Ability to define a go-to-market model' within the existing sales/channel strategy; and to Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions.

- Understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape and market trends
