Associate Director - Mergers & Acquisitions - Technology Sector

The person would primarily be required to lead the project team, keep the work focused on the objectives and market the group's services.

Some of the key work areas would include:

- Should have handled sell-side/buy-side deals of the Technology Sector.

- Building relationships with key transaction-oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector / region

- Preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates

- Assist in identifying interesting companies for pitching/ideation

- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction

- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment

- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.

- Preparing and finalization of the transaction documentation including the initial Information Memorandum, financial model and the definitive agreements

- Must have seen at least 3 end to end transaction cycle from origination to deal closure
