Associate Director - Marketing & Innovation - Restaurant

Job Description - Our Client is looking for someone who can lead the Innovation Department.

Description :

- Innovations Leadership : Spearhead the innovation strategy by identifying emerging food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to develop innovative menu items, promotions, and service enhancements.

- Consumer Insights : Lead consumer research efforts to gain a deep understanding of our target audience's preferences, behaviours, and expectations.

- Brand Campaigns : Develop and execute comprehensive brand campaigns

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Finance, and Franchise Development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Profile :

- 11-13 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of leadership and success in roles related to Innovations, Consumer Insights, and Brand Campaigns.

- Industry: Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, Start ups in multiple Fast-Moving Categories

- Experience in Matrix team structure

- Thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand work environment
