Associate Director - Marketing - Hospitality

1. Lead the implementation and localization of Promotions, Partnerships, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Loyalty.

2. To develop Pre-Opening marketing action plan that optimizes revenue delivery of opening hotels and shorten stabilizing period.

3. Market Planning and Budget Management.

4. E Commerce and Digital Marketing.

5. Brand Management.

Candidate Profile:

1. At least 8 years in HOSPITALITY or TRAVEL industry with 3-5 in a marketing supervisory position.

2. Good understanding of the domestic travel consumer and the relevant channels (both online and offline) to engage them across India.

3. Specific expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce

4. Good understanding of brand management, loyalty marketing and promotions management at both strategic and tactical levels.

5. Experience in media planning and buying within India
