Position : Associate Director

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8 - 12 yrs

Your key responsibilities:

- Create exciting and compelling visions and develop plans across the full marketing mix. It includes brand communications, pricing, activation, social and PR.

- Translate visions into reality, plan practical activity and make sure those plans are executed flawlessly. You will build Premium brand.

- You will articulate the brand positioning, proposition, communication codes for premium brand

- Translate brand strategy into marketing plans & communication to successfully establish Premium brand Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues Social strategy for channels and creating & filling the content calendar

- Influencer Strategy

What to bring:

- MBA from premier B-school in marketing or strategy with 8+ yrs of work experience

- Experience across the FMCG and Digital space in the brand team, with strong consumer activation background

- Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas irrespective of the medium

- Strong project management skills, and ability to work on complex projects independently

- Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the org

- Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit

- Passion for premium entertainment properties and a pulse on the best international content across the world
