Overview : The candidate must have a minimum 12-15 years of marketing experience.
Job details :
Consumer Marketing :
- To work with the Marketing Director to identify market opportunity and develop corresponding marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the titles, increasing brand equity, recall and sales amongst the target audience.
- Exposure in handling Sponsorship and Traditional Marketing.
- Overall 360 degree Marketing Solution.
- Should have handle Internal and External Interface.
- To manage the A&P budget on an ongoing basis.
- To lead and support all consumer brand communication initiatives across media such as print, outdoor and online
- To lead/ support the conceptualization, organization and execution of signature events.
- To undertake and/ or oversee key research initiatives to develop a stronger understanding of the categories and the brands.
- To manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and vendors as per the legal and administrative policies.
- To understand the business environment, track and monitor the competition on an ongoing basis.
- To prepare presentations on all/ any of the above as required for internal and external audiences.
Trade Marketing :
- To provide Ad Sales with relevant support for developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers
- To develop, support and execute initiatives that enhance brand imagery and strengthen relationships with advertisers and media professionals.
- To lead development and execution of all trade marketing related collateral
- To serve as the liaison for fulfillment of all editorial commitments to partner brands as part of marketing initiatives

Requirements :
- Knowledge of branding, promotion and communications concepts
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with experience in interacting at a senior level and with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- High creative bent of mind
- Problem solving ability and attitude

Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on years of experience.
Salary is also commensurate with experience.
