Marketing Planning Processes
- Drive brand planning process and ensure completion of brand plans for Build / Invest / Pillar brands for BUs handled
- Strengthen brand building process through use of agencies, application of MPIA framework & building marketing effectiveness framework for marketing initiatives
- Focus on leading brands, drive deep dives and play supportive role for key projects related to leading brands
- Annual brand plan & Cyclewise programs to be discussed and formally approved
Marketing Execution
- Utilize brand audit mechanisms integrating internal and external KPIs to gauge brand health, discuss & drive relevant actions with marketing managers
- Empanel advertising agencies and institutionalize working relationship through briefing process, development of integrated media and impact through performance data and market share gains
- Support usage of market research for large brands as required
Capability Building
- Support capability building of brand managers through facilitation of external and internal (IMS/medical ) learning programs - engaging with external firms, internal HR, medical, market research to ensure timely execution of training
- Drive reward & recognition programs for brand managers
- Involvement in recruitment of brand managers & deliver onboarding programs for marketing excellence framework for new recruits
Communication
- Build annual & cycle themes for field force - creation of communication package, relevant audio & video communication
- Co-lead the annual Ace Awards ceremony including event management
Involvement in field communication meetings to build engagement of field employees
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Skill, Education, Experience Education
- Pharmacy graduate / Science graduate
- MBA from reputed institute
Experience
- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in pharma industry with experience in handling brands covering at least two of the listed areas - large size, new brands, Lifecycle management of brands, launch of new divisions, super specialty brands
- Candidate can be from an MNC working currently as a marketing manager, FMCG or advertising agency
