Associate Director - Marketing & Corporate Communication - Financial Services

Our client, a leading global financial institution is looking for an Associate Director- Marketing and Corporate communication :

Job Description :

- Manage media relations, external agencies and monitor output

- Initiate and manage internal communication including communication with employees, employee engagement initiatives, communication with senior management

- Formulate, develop & implement effective media engagement framework across all stake-holder touch-points

- Drive communication by content creation, writing articles, announcements, PR, etc

- Build a media network that will enable company use media positively and effectively

- Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness, thus drive business reporting on a regular basis

- The role involves communicating directly with the CEO on content and strategic initiatives

An ideal candidate :

- 9 to 13 years of experience in Corporate communication (internal and external)

- Journalism in BFSI domain/ MBA marketing/ agency side experience handling BFSI clients

- Someone with an inclusive, holistic approach to communication across mediums & platforms (print/ TV/ digital/ social); and formats (written/ audio/ video) to achieve maximum impact

- Excellent inter-personal skills, consulting skills, mature and tactical, someone who has handled C-suite communication in the previous roles
