Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading companies in the robotics space globally. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space that they operate in, and are always at the forefront of research & development. They have grown exponentially in India, and across the world (US, Europe, APAC). Currently, they are looking to recruit an Associate Director - Operations, based out of their office in Gurgaon.

Description :

Reporting to the VP, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing function for the company. Further, you will be leading teams across customer service & delivery and process excellence/re-engineering. There will be various process improvement projects that the incumbent will be responsible to implement for the organization.

Profile :

You will be an Engineer + MBA (from reputed colleges), with around 12 years of experience in core manufacturing/production + consulting roles. The client is looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to develop long term business solutions. You should posses excellent communication and team management skills.
