Statutory Audit (Associate Director/Manager)

Job Description :

Associate Director/Sr. Manager : 9-13 Years in statutory audit

Manager: 6-9 Years in statutory audit

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships (Leadership interaction)

- Hands on Statutory audit experience is mandatory.

- Build and manage a team of Audit professionals

Additional Information : Be a qualified CA (Max. 5 attempts)

- Candidates should have enlisted the names of clients on their CV's very clearly.

- Communication Skills : Strong as this is a client facing role

- Global statutory audit experience shall not be considered.

- Profiles with global practice experience will be considered if the global practice experience is 6- Months or less. (Screen reject)

- Have the below required years of post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment(Audit and Accounting firms)

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time

- Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written

- For Manager position: Only those candidates who are already working as a Manager since 1+ year shall be considered.
