This Manager & Associate Director role will see you working on a variety of challenging assignments for top brand clients.

You will oversee the delivery of engagements and be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your engagement team, including coaching & mentoring and overseeing your team's work and reporting.

Here are typical assignments you will manage:

Provide assurance on the clients General IT Controls as part of an External Audit

Provide assurance on clients process controls which have an automated component. Typically Business System Controls reviews on well known ERPs such as SAP and Oracle.

Provide assurance that controls are in place prior to a clients major systems going live

Provide assurance that a clients processes are providing reliable reports

Create a risk management framework that identifies risk facing a client

Conduct an independent report on controls that can be used by third parties including ISAE/SSAE

Requirements

Computer Science or Accounting & Business Administration degree, or similar

CA and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification, or equivalent

Experience in auditing IT systems

Experience in evaluating technology that supports financial & operational application systems and related business processes

Experience in managing junior colleagues

Project management and analytical skills

Client relationship-building and management skills

Strong verbal, presentation and report writing skills

Flexibility to travel within India and overseas

Ability and preparedness to work to tight deadlines when necessary

Appropriate candidates may be working for an in-house audit function but are likely to have some prior experience of operating in a consulting environment at some stage of their career.
