Associate Director - M&A - Pharmaceutical - Delhi NCR

Job Responsibilities :

- Leading M&A transactions, working through diligence processes, gathering & leveraging integration planning inputs

- Interaction with internal & external business leaders to drive ongoing alignment of M&A transactions

- Leading, planning & providing support for due diligence activities across all functional areas of any transaction inclusive of commercial, financial, products, operations, technology, sales & marketing

- Undertaking with valuation, modelling & financial analysis, market research

- Enabling detailed target analysis, opportunity identification, financial model lead creation

Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in M&A for the pharmaceutical industry

- MBA from an institute of repute

- Currently working in consulting/corporates/banking

- Ability to work within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic environment

- Ability to generate new business through exploration of existing relationships and developing new relationships
