Job Summary :

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic professional to join the Lender Partnerships Team as the Associate Director of Lender Partnerships. This pivotal role will drive the Lender Partnerships strategy, FLDG / Co-lending partnerships with Banks and NBFCs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the company's continued growth and success.

About the Client : Our client is a leading FinTech & Financial Services organisation, with offerings across Unsecured Credit, Mortgages, Savings, and Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Debt Raise from Indian Banks, NBFCs, International Banks & Development Finance Institutions.

- Develop FLDG / Co-lending partnerships with Banks and NBFCs.

- Manage partnerships with financial institutions across different product lines - Personal Loans, MSME loans, Mortgages, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.

- Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers.

The successful applicant :

- 8+ years of overall experience and minimum 5+ years of post-MBA experience.

- Tier 1/2 MBA is a must. CA is a plus.

- Minimum 2+ years of FLDG / Co-lending partnerships experience is a MUST.

- Experience in new age fintech NBFCs would be a BIG plus.

- Deep existing relationships in banking ecosystem.
