Associate Director - Legal - Reputation & Risk Office - Big4

Primary purpose of the role:

1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex client contracts, master service agreements/documentation

2. Reviewing for risk identification and managing/mitigation, and other legal matters and

3. Driving projects for the RRO team

4. Supporting other functions in legal matters related to risk and reputational aspects

Other KRAs:

1. Developing formats /templates for various contracts

2. Assisting in the development of policies for the firm from risk and quality perspective

3. Assisting in the preparation of materials (presentations) for workshops & training programs

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor of Law (LLB). Graduation in Commerce desirable.

Experience required:

- Experience preferably that of providing business support to client facing businesses in IT, Consulting, Infrastructure Advisory, Financial Services, or Manufacturing industry
