Associate Director - IT Solution Sales -(Mfg, Engg, Auto)- Cloud, Data

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.

- Drive IT Solutions and Services sale for GCCs and Indian Enterprise customer segments

- Driving digital services sales such as cloud, app development, data transformation, digital transformation and managed services and other digital solutions etc.

- Responsible for pipeline generation, sales growth and deal success for India-based customers

- Create and own sales planning, sales forecast, and budgeting process.

- Establish high high-performing sales team for the region focused on growing the business through the maintenance and development of sales leads and opportunities.

- Capable of engaging the client leaders and holding CXO level conversations and connects to help them achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

- Build product and platform partner network and drive partner sales

Skillset and experience Required.

You should be an expert in providing insights and aiding in business decision making. The ideal candidate should possess:

- Overall, 10 - 15 years of experience in solutions sales with strong leadership skills

- Min. 5 years of sales experience in India Geography

- Must have a good understanding of Digital Services, positioning solution capabilities to clients, and experience in driving sales for the region.

- Have good experience in the India IT market and must have working experience in GCC, Indian Enterprise segments.

- Have experience in RFP requirement analysis, deal modeling, pricing models and client presentations

- Experience in any of the Manufacturing, Automotives, Insurance, Hi-Tech segments IT Services or Solution sale

- Experience in working with Partner ecosystem like IBM, AWS etc., and driving deals with partners

- Should contribute to team effort by accomplishing related quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Competitive - results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to think strategically and lead and inspire the sales team of the region.

- Understanding of solution-based landscapes and trends.
