Client Details: 

Our client is a leading medical devices organizations headquartered in US. With focusing on robotics and other new age technologies, they have been increasing their presence across the world and are expanding operation in India too. Currently, the organization is looking forward to hire an Associate Director, IT (SAP Application) based out of Bengaluru.

Description : 

- Manage business relationships, stakeholders, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the local business team's emerging needs.

- Additionally for global areas, be responsive to the prioritization of work funnelled by global areas for delivery by developing process and methodologies for efficient handling of inflows.

- Manage IT applications & operation's needs.

- Responsible for the oversight of SAP applications and platform.

- Strong knowledge of various SAP modules and good knowledge of SAP Hana would be preferred.

- Hands on IT application experience with team management experience.

Profile: 

- 12-15 years of overall experience with prior experience leading SAP implementations and roll outs.

- 3-5 years Program/Project Management Skills (demonstrated success in big project implementations)

- Knowledge and general understanding of Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality and service business process.

- Strong Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Project Financials.

- Medical device company Experience is preferred.
