Reporting to the CIO, the key responsibilities will include: - Design, manage and support group wide (global) IT network infrastructure and Security, architecture and systems - Monitor effective Installation, configuration, and troubleshoot of infrastructure related hardware and related requirements and issues - Ensure supports for prompt troubleshoot, configure existing LAN/WAN infrastructure including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc. - Automation of System Administration activities and related processes in IT Infrastructure. - Effectively handle all incidents to meet Customer Satisfaction - Ensure compliance with IT security policies - Support and coordinate server health monitoring systems. Manage and perform network and system upgrades, ensuring all systems run without unplanned downtime. Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Routers and ability to handle Server/Networking issue independently - Planning and Budgeting of IT infrastructure and manage IT Infrastructure expense within approved budgets - Vendor Management - Team Management
