Role: Director IT infra Responsibility: - Design, plan, and implements system and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant. - Work with various IT groups to ensure end-to-end system security in regard to data exchange between systems both internal and external. - Maintains a schedule of formal service reviews with key stakeholders and management - Solution design for Enterprise services managed services, IT infrastructure architecting Skills: - Proven track record of strategizing and designing IT networks & Infrastructure for financial services institutions - Experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network - Proven Experience in IT Infrastructure sizing and capacity planning - Strong working knowledge of networking technologies - Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, etc - Good understanding of IT security and Data protection, Cloud and mobile technology - Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security.
