With the faster pace of growth for the firm, and increasing complexity of the existing and new processes under the globalization initiatives, the Transformation team has strategically decided to further enhance its capability to better support the transformation of the firm through a seamless process between solution architect and development support, transition management, quality, business process management and technology.   This integrated end to end capability is becoming increasingly important in view of the demand from existing and new clients ( member firms including Region and Global stakeholders) who are looking to this team to provide one stop offshore solution which will enable them to move towards the new or global model with superior speed and cost efficiency.   One of the key Transformation leadership positions that have been newly created to better enable the vision is - IT Automation & Programs Leader.  - This role will act as the single face of business to IT.   - This role will be responsible for developing automation strategy and implementing initiatives. This role will lead the transformation effort to standardize the delivery management and enabling technology landscape within the firm to achieve superior leverage for cost efficiency and service delivery performance.   - This role will be also responsible for engaging the stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage best automation practices to optimize offshore delivery across the organizations.   - This role will play a pivotal role in showcasing value proposition of shared services delivery transformation through automation to existing and new stakeholders, and enable superior business outcome from application development efforts across the organizations.   - The role reports to a Director Ensures IT projects are executed in accordance with agreed timeline and budget Ensures IT project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards   - Ensures business benefits can be realized or that risks are highlighted to appropriate business leaders and governance body.   - Prioritizes application development requests across the firm, and manage the timing, budget and quality of project deliverables in partnership with IT  Person Requirement :   - Strong project management knowledge and skills  - Understanding of complex IT program management and IT language   - Strong stakeholder relationship building, strong facilitation and presentation skills  - Strong collaboration and consensus building skills to develop trust with peers and stakeholders   - Showcase high energy, professionalism and business acumen  - Comfortable operating across cultures with a global mindset and influence senior stakeholders from multiple disciplines and geographies;  - Possess both a strategic and solutioning mindset, able to take ideas from thought leadership to solution development and implementation;  - Results-oriented self-starter who produces outcomes with little direction
