PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and manage the newly created global Employee IR team
- Day-to-day management of the team's deliverables
- Maintain a golden source of the highly sensitive Carry and Employee Investments data
- Execute Carry Award Letter process
- Employee Co-investment opportunity offering management & communication
- Employee onboarding and lifecycle changes - e.g. Terminations, Transfers
- Employee Investment/Carry inquiries
- Employee onboarding via e-Subdocs/e-Awards; Reporting and delivery via Investor Portal
- Data management across systems
- Work with senior leaders to evolve Carry and Co-Investment program guidelines
- Develop/update policies &procedures for the team
- Develop controls, KPIs, dashboards, exception reports for oversight & management of function
- Continuously assess processes and procedures to define & document enhancement requirements and reporting needs
- Support risk management process for Investor Services
- Liaise with Marketing, Human Capital, Finance, Legal, etc. to align end-to-end processes
- Drive technological improvements, work closely with tech team, actively participate in UAT
- Work closely with the wider investor services team: share best practices, provide mutual support
