Associate Director - Investor Relations & Corporate Development - eCommerce

Responsibilities (Objective as well as the KPIs) :

- Manage Investor Communication and Relationships by keeping them abreast with the business development

- Handling all compliance and data requests from Investors

- Interact with and attract potential investors.

- Devise and refine a cohesive Corporate Strategy for the company and identify the right M&A, Partnership and Investment opportunities for the company.

- Execution of all fund raise (equity or otherwise) and IPO process within the company.

- Interact with analysts

Job Expectations :

- Managing Board Meetings and Board Updates

- Continuously Interact with the senior management of the company to refine the top level strategy and keep interacting with the M&A, JV and Investment targets to further that

- Update and manage the business projections on an ongoing basis

- Ability to articulate and sell the BlueStone story to existing as well as potential investors
