Associate Director - Investment Banking Research - BFSI/KPO

1. Candidate will be responsible to lead M&A /sector coverage teams of boutique or regional investment banks.

2. You will be responsible for structuring/reviewing investment banking analysis across the deal life cycle from origination to deal execution.

3. You should have experience in creating pitch books, valuation, financial modelling, company profiles, industry study etc.

4. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8-15 professionals and handle end to end daily operations of financial research for an Investment Banking division.

Required Background

1. MBA/CFA/CA

2. Relevant 10+ years of experience in an investment banking division, boutique bank, KPO, Consultancy, or advisory firms.
