- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Infrastructure advisory is a must.
- Develop strong relationships with senior management across Multilateral organizations/ development aid agencies, regulatory bodies, top public and private sector enterprises, leading banks and non-banking financial companies
- Actively market our products and services in the region to identify / generate need for our products and services.
- Generate new business leads and conceptualize/ design proposals with sector teams
- Build a network of professional business contacts within the industry so that teaming arrangements can be made robust
- Lead implementation of market outreach activities with support from sector teams
- Make the Advisory a well-recognized and appreciated brand across the continent.
- Contribute to longer-term market research and trends analysis, as well as support development of country and regional-level business strategies
- Extensively network with decision makers, influencers, user groups in client organization
- Active follow up with leads and prospects to initiate and conclude sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A high degree of result orientation
- Ability to generate leads through cold calls, extensive networking
- Ability to research and understand business profile and requirements of the prospects
- Ability to develop insights about the regulatory and market landscape
- MBA in Finance / Marketing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
