Job Title - Associate Director - Internal Audit Oil & Gas

Threshold Competencies For O&G Risk and Technology division, leader with deep experience, expertise and excellent customer relationship with Oil and Gas industry across, U.A.E is essential and middle east and Asia are additional, but not mandatory

- IA and related experience in oil and gas sector internal audit leveraging system and tools across all key streams of the industry

- Good knowledge on services related to Risk Advisory Division including but not limited to. Internal audits, ICOFR Controls drafting/testing, SOP Drafting, Verifications, Valuation, Due diligence, SOC-1/SOC-2 standards.IT audits, and other services

- Deep knowledge of and understanding of upstream/ downstream and mid-stream business processes, and areas of concerns across the spectrum.

- Developed standard operating procedures (process narrative, flow chart, reporting template, MIS) in line with best industrial practices and control environment of the organization.

- In depth understanding of Finance, Accounting and audit standards. Knowledge of tools, platforms and system leveraged by the industry including but not limited to Audit management system, Integrated Risk Management Solutions/governance Risk and Compliance.

- Handled team for Testing of design and effectiveness of the controls, RCM rationalization, remediation plan, and development of continuous monitoring mechanism

- Experience of preliminary planning, motorizing, follow-up and closure of for Oil & Gas Projects including but not limited to internal audits, providing & managing project quality while meeting established project milestones and deliverable completion timelines and industry standards

- Effective in all phases of Project planning including quickly gaining on understanding of the business areas, developing scope, objectives, risks and detailed project plan

- Maintaining a knowledge and application of financial and operational concepts, standards and methodologies

- Can handle team of Manager, Assistant Manager & Consultants to drive efficiency, utilization

- Worked earlier and or help develop world class program for learning and development

- Develop teams through additional certifications, soft skill program by leveraging internal and external expertize

- Establish and develop Oil and Gas repository to drive knowledge data base to be leveraged across the practice and by other verticals for growth and compliance and constant learning up gradation

- Keen interest or experience in new energy technology like hydrogen, solar and carbon capturing assessment and related area will be advantage.

- Having work experience with ADNOC will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities Business Development

- Will be responsible to drive and assist Management in bringing of new clients for the growth of business

- Will be responsible for preparation of business proposal and helping Senior Management in pitching of new clients

Practice Management

- Will be responsible for handling project and client

- Will be responsible for growth, Profitability and compliance Management

Revenue Generation

- Instrumental in generating revenue for the organization through strong client relation

- Ensure profit making for the group by adopting cost effective measures

Domain/Industry - Oil & Gas Risk/Technology

Qualification - Chartered Accountant or CPA

Addnl not mandatory - B.Tech/M.Tech or Oil and Gas Engineers

Years of Experience Minimum - 8 -12 Years post qualification
