Associate Director - Integrated Business Planning - SAP

This position reports to the Sr. Director and Vice President - Integrated Business Planning.

Hybrid model working.

Must have skills:

- Responsible for establishing a support model & organization for the process and tools as well as a set of pillars to keep IBP processes in good health including: Governance, Data Integrity, Process Quality measurement and communication.

- Experience working with ERP applications and/or planning solutions.

Must have experience handling three end-to-end implementations covering Supply Chain/Operations, Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Marketing etc.

- Preferred Lean and Six Sigma certification and Knowledge of agile methodologies with proven track record of successful program delivery using Agile.

- Strong on change management principles.

Key Desirables:

- Solid understanding of, and experience with applications that support Global Business Services - Supply Chain/Operations, Commercial & Finance) and experience with system needs to transition organization to Shared Services model.

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in implementing end-to-end business processes. At least 5 years of business partnership experience.

- Good mix of technical and business background.

- Ability to travel within & outside India when required.
