Associate Director - Insurance Presales Solutions

We are hiring for a Presales Solutions Role in P&C Insurance at a leadership level.

Role: Associate Director

Location: PAN India

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience with exposure to the P&C/ General Insurance domain P&C/General Insurance Domain expert, who has extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned end-to-end RFP/ RFI response process for Insurance (Property and Casualty)

- Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of presales solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and presales skills.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the end-to-end presales solutioning process for insurance projects, including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals.

- Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to develop and articulate compelling value propositions for clients.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of presales deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
