Associate Director - Information Security

1. Direct Responsibility for Program execution. The program requires accountability for a series of projects executed over a period of time.

2. Manage all aspects of the Program.

3. Development of Program Strategy.

4. Provide coaching and oversight to SR IT Security Consultants resulting in developed leadership skills.

5. Provide strong leadership and solid decision making skills.

6. Effectively maintain and Build relationships across Business groups.

7. Lead in a dispersed organization.

8. Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost effectiveness.

9. Require quality assurance plans and methods are implemented for all initiatives.

10. Develop Security Metrics.

11. Monitor and report Security metric results to senior Management.

12. Define and implement program management structure.

13. Resolve Security resource issues requiring Sr Management involvement.

14. Manage Security Management Office Team.

15. Provide performance feedback for Security Management Team.

16. Develop and Manage Security Communication Plan.

17. Ability to effectively communicate with Sr. Management on strategic Issues

18. Experience with executive communications

19. Ability to effectively share vision.

20. Combination of 8-10 years direct experience as technical or business manager or a manager of complex projects.

Job Specification

1. 5 or more years’ experience in Privacy/Security Management.

2. Relevant industry recognized certification.

3. Project Management coaching experience.

4. Level 2 or 3 support in a technical platform.

5. Previous management experience.

Certifications:

1. ISO 27001.

2. LA or LI.

3. CISM/CISA.

4. CISSP
