About our Client: Our client is a leading professional services firm, having a huge clientele of Fortune 500 companies. Expanding in India aggressively, they are presently looking for an individual to join their Taxation Team (Indirect), in Pune.

Job Description: Reporting into the Director of the organization, your key responsibilities will include:

- Handling the appellate matters of the clients

- ADC and service tax refund claims, Service tax returns, due diligence reports

- Carrying out comprehensive indirect tax reviews for the clients

- Providing Compliance Service and extensive research on various critical litigative issues under Indirect Taxation

- Understanding the customer's needs & responding directly to their Indirect Tax queries via e-mail on ongoing basis under the supervision of a Director

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA/ LLB with more than 5 years of experience in handling Indirect Taxation matters.

- You should have experience of working in the Big 4s of the world and should have in-depth knowledge of service tax, excise duty, customs, VAT. etc.

- You should have extensive knowledge of the Pune Market as well.
