Associate Director - Indian GAAP/Indian Accounting - CA - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- Leading the firm's IGAAP & Ind AS conversion initiatives for listed clients in the BFSI sector.

- Thorough understanding of Indian AS including evaluation of impacts on business in identifying accounting and reporting differences between current accounting policies and practices and Ind AS requirements.

- Understanding impact assessment of Ind AS on design and business processes followed on SAP,Consolidation of the clients and Accounting Manuals.

- Training and grooming the team on technical & soft skills.

Qualification:

- Should be a qualified CA with 10 to 14 years of experience in External/Statutory Audit; prior experience in an Audit/Consulting firm and good knowledge of IndAS.

- Good people management skills, strong ability to train, develop and grow team members, thought leadership, developing innovative marketing ideas, versatile and capable of leading multiple assignments.
