Associate Director - Inbound Logistic Ops

Hiring for a leading Ecommerce organization (Client) for Associate Director - Inbound & Market Place

Stage: Logistics

Package: up to 25lpa+20% Variable

Roles:

- Overall owner/head of inbound operations

- Define and track key metrices pertaining to inbound logistics operations.

- Create Operations infrastructure, inbound network design and optimum resource planning model for organization's Marketplace operations

- Ability to align with retail team at a strategic level, and create a roadmap for inbound logistics for next 3-5 years

- Set-up and establish a lean and skilled team PAN –INDIA and develop, mentor and motivate them to achieve higher goals.

- Work closely with Technology/Engineering team to build strong technology/System/Processes for Inbound logistics .

- Develop, Mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.

- Work closely with Enabling/Business Partners like HR, F&I, IT, Finance & Accounts, Operations Excellence with respect to Inbound operations

You (Must Haves):

- Experience of having worked with global supply chain/ Ecommerce/ FMCG firms

- Very strong process and Quality bent of mind

- Experience in handling franchisees in logistics/courier industry

- Should have Functional/Technical background. Should have an experience in leading & working with large team.

Preferably having managed large scale procurement, preferably in B2B environment
