Lead the IAM Ops function (global)
- Cyber risk and control ownership, including operation of controls, and generation of evidence and reporting of control effectiveness
- Continuously review IAM processes and procedures, gaining efficiencies wherever possible through process simplification and automation
- Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for security in conjunction with the Business needs of the organisation
- Drive a culture of engagement, accountability and innovation and support and encourage growth and development of employees
- Contribute to the successful delivery of the IAM re-boot programme
- Maintain compliance to regulatory requirements
- Be responsible for optimising team structure and resource forecasting
- Contribute to and influence future IAM strategy (process and technology)
- Support and be responsible for IAM Ops response to audit requirements
- Provide an IAM interface to the business
- Provide relevant management reporting to demonstrate IAM Ops delivery and support forecasting and strategy
- Working with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure that Business Roles/Functional Roles are maintained and meet the business requirements
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and coverage
- Communicate issues, solutions and status to senior management
- Co-ordination with other Business Units for operational work.
