Required Associate Director - HR for a leading Pharma Company(Only Female Required )-Baddi

Job Purpose:

1. Responsible for complete spectrum of site BHR function including Talent & Performance Management, Strategic Initiatives, Culture Building, Engagement, Employee Relations and Managing employee life cycle.

2. Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing key strategic HR initiatives focusing on culture building, employee engagement, to enhance employee satisfaction, improve morale and conducive employee relations.

3. Responsible for providing strategic inputs to the business on people aspects and in driving Employee Relations agenda for site.

Major Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire gamut of HR at EPD manufacturing site. This involves managing Employee life cycle, Talent Management, Capability building, Organization design, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and site Compliances.

- Spearheading, reviewing, and formulating HR strategies that supports and enable business objectives.

- Create strong succession pipeline through sustained Talent Identification, Development and Retention strategies.

- Provide advisory support and guidance to line managers on effective human resource management practices and engagement.

- Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization's business strategies and culture for continuous improvement.

- Lead the Employee Relations agenda for the site. Maintain strong connect and engagement with Union leaders and opinion makers. Conceptualize and execute appropriate programs and interventions that supports positive Employee Relations at site.

- Ensure effective communication of policies and decisions on human resources and employee relation matters and provide support to managers in their area of management.

- Provide focus to employee motivation through implementation and monitoring of staff recognition programs, constant review of staff benefits, reward systems and welfare.

- Lead people processes at site and ensure its 100% compliance.

- Instill the culture amongst the contract labour by rolling out Values and Code of Conduct.

- Maintain strong connect and liaison with government machineries and ensure compliance to local laws, regulations and statutory provisions.
