Associate Director - Human Resources - Consulting Firm

Position: Associate Director-HR (Leading MNC Consulting Company)

Role:

- Work as Strategic HR Business Partner for multiple service lines

- Work on end-to-end functions of HR

- Work on HR Strategy and HR policies for the organisation as a whole and the various service lines

- Performance management and Talent Development

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to the Service Line leaders on key people issues including performance management, talent management and development

- Delivering People Strategy

- Employee Engagement Specialist

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 8-12 yrs of experience in HR preferably in a Consulting Firm or Big 4 Firm

- Should have worked in an HR Business Partner role

- Good experience in working with Leadership level stakeholders

- Very good written and oral communication skills
