- An expert friend and holiday provider who will guide the traveler through the entire process of exploring, planning & booking the holiday. We aim to make holiday planning an enjoyable and hassle-free activity and so, we stand for an innovative, reliable & tech-focused travel brand that is geared towards providing an end to end fulfillment of an amazing holiday booking and delivery experience.


- Currently operating as an online marketplace model bringing both the travelers and trusted & expert travel agents on a common platform, the aim is to encompass all the components of holiday eco-system and be the one-stop the solution for the traveler. We are not only making holiday planning an easy act by providing experts and good prices for holiday packages to the travelers, but also developing this network of experts who are our travel agents and exposing them to the state-of-art SAAS CRM opportunity of inbuilt algorithms to guide them through the lifecycle of purchase and give them access to million-plus travelers.


Co-founded by 3 IIT graduates - Sankalp Agarwal, Sanchit Garg and Prabhat Gupta, TravelTriangle is headquartered at Gurugram and operates with a versatile team of 500+ people. With the recent Series C funding of $12 Million from Nandan Nilekani and Sanjeev Aggarwal backed venture fund Fundamentum in early 2018, it is on its way of encompassing all the components of holiday ecosystem. It has already raised close to $20 Million funding in previous rounds from SAIF Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners and RB Investments put together.

Job Description :


- The founders are looking to build out leadership in HR function to scale company for the next 2 years and create a team with best HR practices. This position will report to the CEO and will be involved in overall company direction as well. 


- The right candidate should have the experience of setting up the HR function across all its facets. The role holder will need strategic thinking skills as well as have the ability to translate the vision into tangible tactical and long-term actions.


- The incumbent will need to understand the business strategy, the drivers for business success and then build out the HR strategy to meet these objectives. The incumbent should be able to provide advice and counsel to the business leaders across all facets of people practices. Some of the other competencies required are agility, ability to work with own hands, manage ambiguity - create from scratch, influencing and collaborative skills.


The role holder should have a progressive mindset and inclined to work with a dynamic young organization. He / she should be inclined to operate with facts and data as a core strength and have the ability to problem solve.


I. Talent (Attractiveness and Pride) :


a. Build the strategy for Talent Acquisition for growth.


b. Building the brand of TravelTriangle to the No. 1 - Employer of Choice- aiming towards attracting the best talent.


c. Ensuring TA SLAs are met in terms of candidate experience, efficient processes and timely hiring of quality 

candidates.


II. Company Performance (HR for Business Growth and Alignment) :


a. Translate the founders vision / mission at an employee level through meaningful interventions and initiatives.


b. Build and implement the company compensation & benefits strategy


c. Enable a High Performing culture among people and the - Desire to Accept Challenges.


d. Build strong Corporate HR Governance which is scalable to take the organization to the next level.


e. Oversee the implementation to HR Automation (e.g. performance management system) that solves specific problems of the organization.


f. Building the HR Analytics Framework towards correct future Decision Making.


g. Building macro vision and execution plan for Succession Planning and Internal Capability Building.


III. Love for the Company (Passion & Satisfaction) :


a. Create an emotional yardstick to Passion and Desire for TravelTriangle in the journey from Employer branding for Attraction to Alumni.


b. Strategize and implement - The High Growth Culture- parameters keeping in mind the requirements of the organization's goals.


c. Create an Engine for Happiness through High Performance Oriented Engagement for Teams.

a. Strategizing the L&D Vision for the organization to enable continuous People Growth / Culture Orientation and Trigger - Desire for Achievement- among teams.

Desired Skills and Experience :


- 4 to 9 yrs


- Startup Experience preferred


Education : Post-Graduation from XLRI/TISS/IMT/NMIMS/MDI is mandatory.
