Job Title : Associate Director- HR
Job Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver on recruitment needs of the organization across all levels as per agreed timelines and with high quality of talent sourced
- Propose and implement effective organization structures and design for efficient and effective utilization of talent.
- Devise and implement employee retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement
- Implement a robust career growth plan and succession plan to help mitigate risk associated with turnover and cultivate existing talent by matching promising employees with future organizational needs
- Recommend and execute compensation philosophy to ensure Organizational competitiveness
- Establish and implement a robust performance management and reward and recognition system with sharp goal sheets and competency maps to facilitate and maintain a high performance culture
- Manage, coach and mentor HR team to effectively execute HR strategy and plan.
- Build and institutionalize a capability development framework to improve performance and potential of talent to meet its future objectives
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will be a Post Graduate/ Management Graduate with specialization in HR with minimum 8 years of experience in various areas of HR.
