- Must have handled multiple HR role within plant in his/her entire career i.e. HR, IR, ER, Labor issues, employee management, L&D etc.
- Sr. Leadership level maturity, confidence and good communication.
- Manage Site interest in alignment with corporate/company interest.
- Strong understanding as well experience of handling disciplinary actions, accidents, adverse situations, wages/payroll, contract management etc.
Education: MBA : HR/IR (full time)/MSW (mandatory)
