The role is with a Leading Global Group based at Gurgaon.

Group that provides innovative products and services in finance, travel, and entertainment across 50 markets with 5000 professionals in 23 offices worldwide.

Profile :

What is Required :

Minimum of 5 years in a Leadership HR position.

- Mastery of all the latest HR trends and approaches.

- Confident communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills.

- Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions, including, but not limited to: HR branding, Onboarding, Succession planning, Assessment Centers, OD, Leadership development programs.

- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Human Capital.

- Supporting General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

- Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with Legal and Accounting leaders.

- Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative.

- Critically assessing and developing policies in collaboration with Country HR Director in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.

- Benchmarking and modernizing terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits for all staff levels.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Providing Management with valuable business and market-related insights.
