Roles & Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will collaborate with the BU to implement relevant HR strategies
- Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes.
- Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.
- Develop, promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and practices that will enable the business to attract, retain and motivate talent at all levels and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications & Skills :
- 10-15 years of HR experience.
- Acquaintance with handling large group of employees as part of HR specialist role
- High degree of Customer service orientation and bias for actions
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills .Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Database management skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
