- Responsible for Tech transformation of HRMS, Biometric, Analytics, MIS, process transformation, Employee lifecycle transformation, robust onboarding flow , digitize payroll & compliance Reporting into CHRO
- High on Tech understanding with strong focus on process re-engineering
- Startup experience with a strong pedigree is a must
- Minimum 6 years of experience is preferred
- Responsible for managing seamless dataflow, introducing new systems and processes , tech transformation in HRMS , Biometric and other employee engagement verticals
