RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Own and deliver on recruitment needs of company across all levels as per agreed timelines and with high quality of talent sourced Propose and implement effective organization structures and design for efficient and effective utilization of talent at company  - Devise and implement employee retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement, Implement a robust career growth plan and succession plan to help mitigate risk associated with turnover and cultivate existing talent by matching promising employees with company's future organizational needs  - Recommend and execute compensation philosophy to ensure Organizational competitiveness  - Establish and implement a robust performance management and reward and recognition system with sharp goal sheets and competency maps to facilitate and maintain a high performance culture  - Manage, coach and mentor HR team to effectively execute HR strategy and plan  - Build and institutionalize a capability development framework to improve performance and potential of Company's talent to meet its future objectives  - Create and implement HR policies and procedures   REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  This role requires energy, strong people management skills, robust influencing and collaboration skills, and the ability to establish systems and processes within a fast growing organisation.
