Associate Director - HR Business Partner - Global Shared Services Captive

Client : IT, Finance, and Medical research Shared Services Captive of a large Pharma MNC

Designation : Associate Director HR Business Partner

Reporting To: Director, HR

Reportees : Yes (2-3)

Job Location: Bangalore

Business Schools :

- TISS, XLRI (full-time), and SIBM (Pune) very strongly preferred

- IMT Ghaziabad, MDI and SCMHRD, OK to evaluate

Relevant post-MBA experience needed is 6.5 to 9.5 years i.e. batch Pass out - 2007, 2008, 2009, or latest 2010.

Position will initially be an individual contributor role reporting to HR Director who is responsible for the Companies entire operations in India, including but not limited to the IT Captive.

Key Responsibilities :

- This role is for the greenfield Captive established in 2016, that will scale from 100 to 300 employees by EOY 2017. The client is looking for a full-time MBA HR from premier B-School preferred, ideally TISS, XLRI, or SIBM with strong conceptual knowledge and past experience of working with R&D or Shared Services Captives.
